These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kezia Sera website (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. The Site is operated by Kezia Sera (“Kezia Sera,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout. Promotions, discount codes, and offers may be modified or ended at any time and may be subject to additional terms.
7) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping timelines shown on the Site are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of Loss. Risk of loss passes upon shipment except where required by law, and we’ll assist with eligible replacements per our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you agree to contact the carrier first. We may assist at our discretion.

10) Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KEZIA SERA FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kezia Sera and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or rights of a third party.
