Cancellation Policy
Keep in mind that any modifications or cancellations to an order must occur within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we might not be able to fulfill your request since the order may have already entered processing. Should you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Return Policy
At Kezia Sera, our goal is to offer high-quality products and responsive customer support. Your satisfaction matters to us. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window on eligible orders, including a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on select products. For most items, returns must be approved in advance and the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.
For eligible products covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, customers may try the item during the 30-day period. If it is not the right fit for your routine, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization. To qualify, the item must be returned in good condition with all included components and original packaging where possible. Normal signs of trial use are acceptable. However, items returned with excessive damage, misuse, alteration, missing parts, or unsanitary condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
This guarantee is intended to allow a reasonable at-home trial period and does not apply to products returned in a condition that prevents resale, inspection, or safe handling.
To start a return, email us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for return. Our team must approve all returns before the item is shipped back. Please include your order number and shipping name inside the return package to help us process it promptly.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where an item arrives damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a return is sent without approval, without a valid reason, or outside the 30-day window, we reserve the right to deny the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Banks or card issuers may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.
All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars ($USD) to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for any fees related to foreign currency transactions or exchange rate differences.
Product Concerns
We take product safety seriously and encourage customers to use our products safely and responsibly. Adhere to all proper usage instructions and safety precautions provided with your product and all available resources on our website. Failure to do so may result in damage or injury, for which we cannot be held responsible, and any resulting refunds or replacements will be at our discretion. If you experience discomfort while using our products, discontinue use immediately and contact us using our contact page. We will help you address any concerns or questions.
Damaged Items
We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging from shipping, such as dented boxes, etc., with a product in good condition is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, inform us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us and attach a clear photo of the damage. We will determine your eligibility for a replacement at no cost to you. We neither refund nor accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, customs, peak demand, or other service disruptions). Shipping delays alone do not qualify for a refund.
Lost/ Missing/ Damaged Items:
If your package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan. We may require carrier confirmation and/or a completed claim before we can issue a replacement or store credit. If the carrier confirms a loss or damage, we’ll work with you on a resolution as quickly as possible.
Incorrect address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders that are returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address may not be eligible for a refund. If reshipment is required, additional shipping fees may apply.
